By first giving thanks to our previous interns Erin Ray (she/her/hers), Gabriel San Emeterio (she/him/they), and Anthony Ritosa (he/him/his), we now welcome our current interns.
Ana Rikki (they/she) is an Afro-Indigenous, multi-racial, and queer MSW student and activist. They are interested in collective, spiritual, and somatic healing for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and disabled communities on macro and micro levels.
Leo O’Driscoll (he/him/his) is a first year CO MSW student. He is Queer and deeply passionate about serving his LGBTQ+ community, specifically in the areas of education, advocacy, and mental health. Leo has done work in these areas for over ten years.
Mark King (he/him) is a second year MSW student in the CO Method with a focus on policy. His previous work includes data/policy analysis, nonprofit administration, and legislative advocacy. He hopes to grow his skills in policy analysis through anti-carceral and abolitionist frameworks.
It’s not easy staying motivated and focused during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but the SCSG team makes time to connect with one another, share laughs, and rest.
Upcoming Research: Youth Homelessness Research Relaunch, Comfort with Sexuality Survey, Field Education Challenges with Trans and Non-Binary Students, Sex-positivity in BIPOC communities.
