Ana Rikki (they/them) is an Afro-Indigenous, multi-racial, queer, non-binary activist. They are currently a second year social work intern for the SCSG and an MSW candidate following the Community Organizing, Planning, & Development track at Silberman. They earned their BA in Sociology at Purchase College with a strong focus on Psychology, as well. Previously, they’ve worked with the Counseling and Behavioral Health Services at Purchase College, New Paltz Pride at SUNY New Paltz, Mental Health and Counseling Services at Westchester Community College, and many other organizations and task forces. Their work centers around aiding systemic transformation and healing on the micro and macro level using activism, advocacy, somatic therapies, spiritual/holistic techniques, and a community-focused approach. They wish to serve the communities they belong to (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, etc.) and more.
