Ryan Power (he/they) is a queer, transmasculine community organizer. He is an MSW student in his first year at the Silberman School of Social Work, focused on Community Organization, Planning, and Development. During their time as an employee of several queer bars in New York, he has seen aspects of the community that require bolstering and is pursuing an education to help address that need. He is passionate about sex-positive, harm-reductive, queer-liberation-minded social work and hopes to continue to develop programming to educate practitioners on how to best support members of the queer community.
