Zarrin Mahmud (she/her) is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at The Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, concentrating her studies in Community Organizing and Policy. She is a creative community organizer passionate about building an ecofeminist, anti-racist future. Her practice prioritizes the healing impact of storytelling to develop an in-depth understanding of people’s lived experiences in their communities.
